Как открывать файлы с заданным файлом настроек

Предположим, есть у меня пользовательский файл среды CATIA. Ссылка на него прописана в ярлыке, разумеется (он лежит в сети).
Но при этом, если открыть файл из Проводника Windows двойным кликом, то CATIA грузится с дефолтной средой.
Как сделать, чтобы файл грузился с пользоватеьскими настройками?

В свое время тоже была такая пролема.Не помню что помогло, помню только что долго ковырял setcatenv.exe.
В help'е информации хватает...
